The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel's Brisket Recipe
Mouthwatering Brisket!

Ingredients
- 6pound beef brisket
- 1tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4cup brown sugar
- 3/4cup paprika
- 2tbsp chipotle chili powder
- 1/4cup black pepper
- 2tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4cup Salt
- 2tbsp onion powder
- 1tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the smoker at 205 degree Fahrenheit.
- Mix all the dry ingredients to make the spice rub.
- Trim the fat on the beef and the coat the meat on both sides with the mustard.
- Now cover the meat with the rub.
- Put the brisket in the smoker and cook till the meat is at the temperature of 185 to 195 degree Fahrenheit internally.
- Let the meat rest for at least half an hour before serving.
